This is the BEST hotel in Baku. Hilton Baku has great location with walking distance to all major attractions. Make sure you visit sky restaurant on 24 floor with beautiful outdoor terrace- the best time at night for the city view. I stayed at this hotel 42 years ago, now, and I will come back again for sure. I love Hilton Baku hotel !

If you are planning a trip to Baku, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hilton Hotel. It is conveniently and beautifully situated right beside the Caspian Sea and easily walkable into the old town and the main shopping area. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with courtesy and friendliness. The member of staff who checked us in, Qurban, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel as if we were truly valued. An excellent member of staff. Similarly, one of the breakfast staff,Ulkar, again went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and valued. After the first morning, she immediately brought over the coffees that we liked to have. Such thoughtful and genuine service. The breakfast, which is included in the room price was amazing. There was everything you could possibly wish to have for breakfast including a number of healthy options. We were pleased with the bars and the restaurants, which offered relatively good value for money. We made good use of the pool and the sauna too, and it was always clean and well attended by the staff.

Despite Hilton Baku’s impressive facilities, my recent stay was disappointing. As a Diamond guest, I expected attentive service and a prepared room. Unfortunately, no one assisted me with my luggage until I was already at the check‑in desk, and the room lacked the customary welcome note and food basket. The property itself is beautifully designed and well‑furnished, but service standards fell far short of a five‑star hotel. The breakfast buffet staff struggled to manage a simple egg order, and overall training appeared to be inadequate. Moreover, no manager or senior staff member ever introduced themselves or checked on guests, suggesting a severe lack of hospitality and public relations awareness. Hilton Baku may offer extensive amenities and well-appointed rooms. Still, without well-trained staff and a genuine respect for loyal members, those amenities fail to deliver a truly luxurious experience.

Gern wieder!

Wenige minuten vom Stadtzentru. Angrnrhm erreichbar zu Fuß. Alle super freundlich. Pool ca 20+ meter. Frühstück super. Von der Bar auf der 25 Etage - schöner Ausblick auf die ganze Stadt. Leider sehr viele haben geraucht, wir bewegten uns eine Tasche tiefer ins Restaurant, dort ist eine sehr schöne Terrasse, sie Cocktails waren so lala

My favorite in baku

Every thing was perfect room staff gym laundry except the towels in the bathroom it's so thin it does not absorb the water 3 days in a row 6 different towels still thin and old Towels Need to be renewed
