Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, we encountered an issue with the bidet faucet, which was not functioning. The staff was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were occasional lapses in providing coffee during breakfast, and the food choices were limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel boasts a good location, a generously sized and comfortable room, and offers good value for money.

The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable and staff were nice but ineffective, for example, when I called for room service which was supposed to be 24 hours, I was told to call back in 2 hours to try again, this was at 9 at night! A staff member kindly helped me book a taxi and put the wrong destination. I asked for more towels because housekeeping kept taking them without leaving fresh ones, but the front desk never sent them up. Housekeeping made a valiant effort to keep things clean, but the hotel interior is in desperate need of a refurbishment. If you can reach room service, the food is delicious and plentiful.

The staff did not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. They were unable to speak or properly understand English, making it challenging to ask questions or request assistance. Better communication skills and basic English training for the staff would greatly improve the guest experience. At Reception Girl took 2 Hours to find our reservations which was already paid and if you give them extra money they will give you room straightway feels like they purposely doing this for extra money.

My mother and I booked 20 nights from Sept 26, 2026. We checked out 8 nights early because of the conditions, and management never fixed anything we reported. CLEANLINESS: The sheets and towels smelled unclean, and even the replacements smelled the same. The bedding had hairs, dark debris and stains (photos attached). Carpets in the room and hallways were dirty, with strong smells on several floors. We both developed itchy skin during the stay. FOOD: Around Oct 1 the restaurant was about to serve us jam that was clearly spoiled. Staff first denied it, then apologised. NOISE: Construction work went on at night, making sleep impossible. I have video of the crew working on Oct 4. We were never warned when booking. ROOM: The AC didn't work properly from day one; the only "fix" was leaving an extra key card in the room. The fridge broke for two nights and took two days to repair, so our groceries spoiled. The TV never worked. SAFETY: I saw women being brought into the hotel in circumstances that made us feel unsafe, especially with my mother. MANAGEMENT: We reported problems from the first day and almost nothing was done. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights; Expedia eventually refunded them after a long dispute. Avoid this hotel, especially if travelling with family or older relatives.

Terrible

The experience was terrible. When we arrived, we were placed in a room without any sheets or bedding at all. The bathroom had stains that looked like dirt, and the service was awful – they don’t even speak basic English. Everything was disappointing. Do not book this place.

Ailecek kaldık. Odamız çok geniş ve ferahtı. Pencereden Neft baza futbol okulunun antrenmanlarını zevkle seyrettik. Ücretsiz çay, kahve, içme suyu, bilardo, spor salonu ve sauna vardı. Ulaşımı kolay. Etrafında bolca market ve restoran vardı. Odalar çok sıcaktı. Yataklar rahat. Biz memnun kaldık
