I had a really great experience at Movenpick winter Park hotel. Everything from the room to the services was excellent. The staff were super helpful—especially Rakan and Russle. They genuinely cared and didn’t spare any effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to them, everything went smoothly, and I truly felt welcomed. This place will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

The property was nice. Good value for money. The location was great for us. Though, the reception desk (early morning - check-in) weren’t particularly friendly or helpful and didn’t exactly feel us welcomed. I would recommend it for location and accessibility to Nizami Street.

This property was good. Close to best shopping and attractions. Very good restaurants in neighborhood. Management needs improvement. No hot water for a whole day and no communication on why or how to handle things. Also, they need to fix their heaters, November can be cold in Baku. All in all good stay.

It's just ok. Not great, not bad. The location is great and near everything. The staff some are world class , some should change profession. The rooms are decent but need to work on plumbing issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but would choose another hotel in my next visit.

One of the best hotel experiences for a family trip. Everything was perfect. We booked a quadruple room for a family of 4, it was as good as a 2 Br suite. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen amazing .Located 5 mins away from Nizami street, location cudnt get better .It was in a quite peaceful area away from the marketplace noise yet very close to it within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was vast and in a very pleasant scenic area of hotel, though the menu was repetitive mostly. Special mention to guest coordinator Nigar , she was very attentive to our needs and prompt in responding . She gave us all information that we needed and arranged a luxury van for us to travel to Gabala at a very reasonable price at a very short notice ,maybe within an hour or so. I wish all hotels have such kind and thoughtful staff. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , it might be a bit pricey compared to neighboring properties but totally worth the price

This hotel is from what I can gather from the sign on the roof linked to the Möwenpick chain. The rooms are big, beds so comfortable and the bathrooms spotless with all the bits and bobs you expect. The breakfast choice is extensive and goes on til 11, 11:30 at the weekends. The staff are wonderfully helpful and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. There is only one criticism, but I think it’s important to raise it. The hotel has lovely carpets throughout but the hotel must invest in a really good carpet cleaning machine. It seems that people have been throwing tea and coffee around the corridors and in my room there was what seemed like a red wine stain. The cleaning staff obviously tried to clean it up at the time but the stains persist. My plea to the management is please do something about the carpet stains. In every other respect the hotel is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay, but future reviewers might not be so kind.

We were given a smoking room when checking in with our one-year-old. Upon our request, we were moved to a non-smoking room, as the stench was unbearable. Checkout was long, even though it was 6 a.m. and there was no one else in line. The receptionist was rude and abrupt, huffing and rolling his eyes at us. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are more modern boutique options that cost less and are in far better condition.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Baku! The location is perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Kenan and the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. Also, Nigar from customer service was always helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly special — they surprised us with a delicious cake in the room, a beautiful fruit basket, and a mix of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts. We always have great experiences with Mövenpick hotels, and I believe we’ll continue choosing them, insha’Allah.

It was a wonderful experience. Baku is a safe, traveler-friendly, culturally rich city with magnificent architecture and great cuisine. We preferred to stay in Mövenpick Winter Park Hotel which is located 10min walk from the heart of the city called Nizami District. Our deluxe edition penthouse hotel room was clean, neat, peaceful with the best city view. Definitely the best value for price hotel compared to the other similar class ones around the district. We stayed at the highest floor but still heard heavy honking noise from the street especially in the mornings. I’d like to thank especially the friendly Receptionist Mrs. Fatima and Customer Relations Manager Mrs. Nigar Rzayeva-Fomicheva for their high-level hospitality during our 5 days stay in the hotel. I’ll definitely plan to visit and stay there again.

It was my first time in Baku, and upon my arrival to my room, there was a nice surprise of a bday cake and message, which was so thoughtful! This hotel really is the best location to all the attractions and must visit. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff really did attend to all our needs and requirements. The breakfast was good and overall I had a lovely experience in this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Tip: There are 2 entrances in this hotel, and if your looking to venture further out of the city where you need a taxi then make sure you book your taxi using the back entrance with the location point to 161 Dilara Aliyeva so they can pick you up easily as the front entrance has cameras and is on the main road and it can get difficult for them to collect you from there.
