"Staff were so friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel like family. They arranged a shoebill tour and a ride over to Entebbe and a taxi waiting for us. The highlight was having drinks by a fire listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies. It’s a pretty special place"

"Our group loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and had king size beds. The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was a huge plus. The owner was nice enough to provide a swing on our porch so we could enjoy the views. The food was my favorite part. They provide free breakfast menu which was delicious! We loved it so much we booked our last night after safari there. Highly recommend this stay. "

"The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list.
Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends."

"I was the messy one . Room was clean and fan was enough to cool room in evening . Shower was like many hotels in Uganda without shower curtain so you must be careful or you will get tp wet but you get used to it . The staff were special and went out of their way to prepare food and anything we bought ourselves like watermelon . Anything we asked for was brought immediately . They were kind and a pleasure to deal with. This is my 2nd . stay with them and I was prepared better this year . Pick you up at airport and deliver there again on departure, and my plane was delayed an hour in Addis . A very fair price and I will probably stay there before my departure and next time arriving . The TV was a different programming and many channels were the same but in different languages . No sports , or movies or regular TV but I was busy so didnt watch much.
The sitting area outside was nice and great to unwind after a busy day .Nice for breakfast in the morning as well . Some noisy birds but they are everywhere lol. Great place for the money . "
"Clean rooms. Staff were very courteous. They went way beyond when my daughter and I were ill. I found the front desk and restaurant friendly and professional.

It would be lovely to see a variety of African foods on the menu optional to the western foods. I would be happy to pay a little extra to enjoy the African cuisine "
"The internet worked just fine!
The breakfast was as it should be, different choices and fresh fruits and bread!
The room was very clean and nice! nice staff
