House with beautiful decoration settings. Behind sunny wooden terrace equipped for relaxation. Large lounge dining room with tv, dvd, mini chain, kitchen with vitroceramic hob, oven / dishwasher. nice crockery and nice linen. Upstairs two bedrooms (beds 2 places) with a Zen atmosphere and the other in shades of red, a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs WC and a walk-in shower. small garden in front. Ideal location for who loves comfort and kept environments. On site, detailed description for good addresses, visits to nearby councils. Idyllischer Rückzugsort

Das Haus ist ein zweites Zuhause, wunderschön eingerichtet, an unzählige Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht, bequeme Betten ( mit Sorgfalt hergerichtet), der Buddhagarten wie auch das Gärtchen vor dem Haus bieten schattige und sonnige Plätzchen. Die Lage: ruhig ( sicheres parken vor dem Haus, nette Nachbarn) und doch sehr günstig für alle Ausflüge gelegen , aber: auf dem Hügel, zum Ort/See sind es 2 km, kleine Geschäfte aber in der Nähe. Die Besitzerin ist gut erreichbar und um alles bemüht, Marie, die das Haus betreut, ist ebenso stets ansprechbar und liebenswürdig. Wir waren rundum begeistert!

met stijl ingericht huis met voor-en achtertuin

De eigenaresse was zeer attent de de informatie was uitstekend. Het was haar eigen woning en dat is aan alles te merken, in positieve zin. We hadden een probleem met de warmwatervoorziening en ze heeft alles gedaan om dat voor ons op te lossen. locatie is prima om de omgeving te verkennen, maar het centrum van Balaruc les Bains is net wat te ver om te lopen.

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön und die Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Strände waren zu keiner Zeit überfüllt - das Wasser glasklar und warm. Wir können Unterkunft auf jedem Fall empfehlen.

le problème est surtout sur les déplacement, beaucoup de monde pas facile de trouver des parkings, je pense qu'en juillet ou août ça doit être infernal.

Maison très agréable et bien agencée

Faisant une cure à Balaruc-les-Bains l'endroit est très calme. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller aux Thermes et malheureusement il n'est pas évident se se garer. Il faut prévoir large pour être à l'heure. Il y a une navette mais les horaires ne sint pas toujours adaptés. Mais la maison et l'accueil de la propriétaire valent vraiment le coup...

Quartier très calme, avec très peu de trafic automobile, suffisamment proche du centre ville et des commerces pour ne pas utiliser la voiture (vélo, bus). Pas de souci de stationnement. Le plus : le garage permettant de rentrer et charger les vélos à assistance électrique

Séjour en juillet-août

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison bien aménagée, à l’ambiance douillette. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio, à l’abri du vent et des regards. La location est bien positionnée pour sillonner la région, avec la plage à quelques kilomètres, Sète ou l’arrière-pays viticole à proximité, et Montpellier à une demi-heure. En bref, une quinzaine ponctuée de belles découvertes et de moments de repos, dans un quartier d’un calme surprenant et bienvenu, à quelques encablures de l’animation de la côte. A recommander !
