"The hotel is fine. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff were all very helpful. Massages were great. My only criticism would be that it is a noisy hotel. The halls do little to dampen the noise from passers by and running children. Still for the price it was suitable. "

"I would not say 4-star service or quality. I have booked the hotel for my young family based on descriptions that it is a 4 star up market hotel. I stayed in many hotels and this is by no means an up market and 4 star hotel. We arrived about 20 mins prior check-in time with my wife and little baby. Room wasn't ready and told only can guarantee after 3pm. No problem of course, so we went for lunch. Came back after lunch about 3.30pm.
