"My husband and I truly enjoyed our week in Villa 45. It was ocean front with gorgeous views of South beach and right next to the BHI Club. The Villa was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, I am a cook and enjoyed having almost everything I needed (except for a whisk). We were happy with the new golf carts and the beach towels found in the closet, and the beach chairs, we also made good use of the new grill outside. Our king bed was also very comfortable, and I like the bed cover and pillows. Overall we were very happy with the stay, and found the villa reasonably clean, but it is time for a serious deep clean. I know it is late in the season. It can also use some upgrading, the bottom kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the walls can use some touchups. The decor was nice overall but could use some tweaking, such as a new area rug. Our host Katie was very attentive and immediately came over to fix some minor problems. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for having us."

"Very much enjoyed the house & access to South Beach. Front porch is divine with the ocean breezes. Amenities were all updated & worked well, including bikes and beach chairs. While not a huge house, it was perfect for my wife & I with two older kids. Also, kudos to Kim for repairing the AC in a timely fashion. Hope to come back!"

"Finding a small place where a couple can stay on the island is a challenge, however, Hugh's place was perfect! We appreciated the location, cleanliness, and the golfcart. Ideally, the front door being replaced would have eliminated the hassle of getting in and out and locking the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!"

Terrific location, house was great, very comfortable, and well stocked and furnished. Highly recommend staying here. Additionally, the host is incredibly responsive and nice. "Perfect location on the island; very responsive hosts; a beautifully redone kitchen and common space; three decks; a wonderful upstairs hideaway for kids big or small; and every possible need provided, including two top-of-the-line golf carts, adult and kid bikes, tons of beach towels, beach toys and a Spike Ball set, a nice gas grill, and dishes and spices aplenty."
