"Awful experience. Ended up staying at another hotel less than 1/2 mile from this one. Refund request denied. Tv: no sound. Asked to have new tv or change rooms to smoking room. No, I reserved a non-smoking room. He said don't come here at 1am and ask for stuff. Asked rudely, do you want smoking room, I said no and then he said, then go. Really??? When I complained next morning to owner she blamed it on weather but the tv at other hotel 1/2 mile away worked perfectly. Phone: no dial tone, nothing. When asked, oh well was the answer. Bedding: cigar and cigarette burns all throughout the sheets and mattress pad. Further investigation revealed a huge 2ft x 3ft urine stainon mattress. Omg. No way. Talk about health violations and just down right disgusting. When I mentioned to owner, no reaction at all. Towels: dingy and dirty. So thin I doubt they have ever replaced them. Nasty. I wasn't using those to take a shower with. These people just want your money. And do not live up to their promises of best cleanest rooms in Searcy. At $50 a night I know I was getting what I paid for, but I didn't even get that. I will upload pictures."
