"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. "The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"Unser Urlaub war super, der Empfang mit einem selbst gemachten Kuchen einfach super nett. Die Lage des Hauses ist spitze für Hundebesitzer zum Gassi gehen und für Unternehmungen ist man auch quasi fast mittendrin. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch muss man nicht lange fahren um im Zentrum zu sein."

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"Wie waren als Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung gemietet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gab zwei Kinderstühle. Der große Tisch ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Der Vermieter war (auch schon vor unserem Aufenthalt) jederzeit für uns erreichbar und man bekommt wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Einen schönen Strand mit schattigen Plätzchen gibt es fußläufig am Zebrastreifen links die Straße hoch,...

"Lovely house with relaxing countryside views. I think it was recently redecorated and styled. Kitchen was beautiful. We worked remotely there for a while and WiFi was great. Looking to go back at the end of the summer. Food and wine around the around is amazing. Even truffles!"

"Sehr schöne Ferienhäuser! Sehr gerne wieder mal! Alles toll hergerichtet, sauber und gepflegt! Toller Pool und Whirlpool! Super ruhige Lage (mit Meerblick) und trotzdem ist man in 10-15 min am Meer/Stadt. Im Ort gibts Bäcker und Supermarkt! Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!"

"Had a lovely stay here, campsite was perfect for our two young boys. They loved all the activities, there's so much to do. We only had 3 nights but could have stayed a lot longer. Mobile home was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were impressed with the service all round the campsite and the facilities were of good quality. Definitely would return and recommend. "
