Holiday home for 6 in medieval Bale

The typical Istrian stone house Casa Le Finide is quietly situated in Bale and yet within walking distance of the medieval old town. On the ground floor of the 140 m² house there is a comfortable living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to the covered, secluded terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC, bidet), a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower/WC.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with pellet-fuelled underfloor heating, WiFi is available, and guests also have access to a washing machine.
Shopping facilities for daily needs as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour are within walking distance. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached by bike or car within a few minutes.

Well located and equipped house

Casa Le Fenide is well located just a few steps away from the center of Bale, a scenic little town with a few nice restaurants. The house is spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was a comfortable home for our family of 5.

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir, ein Ehepaar mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern, haben im Haus Le Fenide eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Es ist großzügig und toll ausgestattet (viel besser als die meisten Ferienhäuser). Als wir nach einer staureichen Fahrt ankamen, hat kühler Wein und frische Melone auf uns gewartet, eigenes Olivenöl gab es als Willkommengeschenk. Auf der Terrasse haben wir entspannte Abende verbracht, oft sind wir auch in dem entzückenden Ort Bale herumspaziert. Das mittelalterliche Zentrum liegt direkt vor der Haustüre - ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Strände sowie die Städte Pula, Rovinj und Porec sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Zu Fuß zum Einkaufen, zum (Eis-)Essen, mit dem Shuttlebus zum Strand, mit dem Rad auf einsamen Radwegen vom Haus aus losfahren - optimal für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!
