"Really an exceptional property! I was very impressed, from the friendly staff to the beauty of the rooms and amenities! Honestly the staff makes this hotel about 20 times better than most other resorts I’ve been to, they are willing to go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! The resort itself is beautiful, little pools everywhere with cabanas and comfy lounge chairs scattered. The beach area is pristine with umbrellas and a lovely bar that serves you at the push of a button. The food was phenomenal! You don’t even have to leave for any reason if you don’t want to, they have everything you need! Even a gym, daily yoga and shows at the pool bar! I highly enjoyed my stay and will be back! "

"Fantastic holiday, wonderful cocktails, lovely sunsets, delicious food and everything was included in the all inclusive package (cocktails, fine dining restaurant, Asian restaurant, Italian, agreco farm dine out option which we unfortunately didn’t have time for, crepes and waffles, ice creams). Nice and quiet, calm, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful too! Make sure to book restaurants on the app before you arrive (or WhatsApp the concierge was a unique perk) , and unfortunately we went out of peak season so no white parties etc but the bar was still lively and nice music every evening "

"Very nice property, but only a few maintenance related items. The first night my tv did not work. A cable was changed but this should be check as part of room readiness. Also, my phone did not work and the AC condensate drips continually when it is on so the living room floor pools with water. I reported all 2@4 items for correction."

"This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon. "

"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."
