ビジネスホテル。デザイナーズ風の建物・作りとスタッフの制服、スタッフの対応・接遇もシンプル・簡素で、笑顔もほとんどありません。 なおかつ、アメニティーも、タオルはバスタブも無いのに、バスタオルだけ、ハンドもフェイスも無いので、洗面は、大変です(笑) 連泊するとお願いしても歯ブラシの交換はありません(たまたま、忘れたのかと…) PS,アルコール類は、たいへん高いです

Heel net hotel op een stratetigische locatie. Vriendelijk personeel, hoewel ze soms met te weinig lijken te zijn. Misschien ook de reden dat we geen hulp met de bagage kregen.

Excellent value!

Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. For my £17, breakfast was included, which is buffet style with lots of choice. Free water and hot drinks in the room with other free refreshments in the lobby. Excellent value!

El hotel es muy nuevo con un diseño muy moderno que no pega nada con el entorno pero la verdad es que está muy limpio, el personal muy atento, te facilitan taxis mediante aplicación móvil por lo que sabes lo que te va a costar antes de pedirlo. Desayuno muy variado y bueno.
