I would like to comment that your staff Nora has serve us excellent service, she has done an extra mile for us, she is a keeper, you should promote her because of her excellent service towards us. Un petit-déjeuner différent à chaque jour et de la variété. Bon emplacement. Le personbel parle un peu l'anglais et les chambres sont propres. Toutefois, le gymnase et la salle de déshabillage sont sales et rien ne fonctionne! Vraiment sale en plus et pas de savon dans les contenants ou il y a les douches. La serviette qu'on m'a donne était très tachée. Il n'y avait pas de clé pour ouvrir les casiers et aucun personnel.

Hotelnya lumayan bagus tapi fasilitas kamar sangat minim dengan harga setara dengan hotel lainnya. Tooth brush cuma satu, tidak ada sendok untuk buat teh/kopi. Tidak ada shampo, cotton bud, sisir. Gelas utk berkumur cuma satu. Kamar mandi kecil. Not recomended lah untuk fasilitas kamarnya...

Short stay , they only allow they customer to check in exactly at 2:00 pm. Dont try to come earliest then that, they dont give u key room before that time. I was wait in the lobby for 2 hours since i got there by 12 noon
