Each house has a boat dock for your own sailboat or sloop. Arriving by car is therefore no problem. Balk is located in a beautiful and watery environment on the Elfstädteroute. Experience the Elfstädter Tour by boat, on inline skates, by car or even on foot directly from your water villa. There is a lot to discover! A swim on the sandy beach of the Slotermeer is also recommended and promises you a relaxing time.
