We had the towel rack come off the wall, our shower didn’t drain properly so kept flooding the toilet area, the area leading to the indoor pool was a construction zones etc. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, the staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable."

"The hotel is perfectly located. The room was modern, clean, and with all necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will go there again with not a single hesitation."

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit. "
