BEST – The hotel is very close to the Flatiron, with several subway lines reachable within a 5-minute walk. It’s clean, and the room is fine if you just need a place to shower and sleep. The front desk is available 24/7. WORST – Unfortunately, our room (707) was right next to a technical room, so we could hear mechanical noises day and night. We also asked for the TV to be fixed, but it was never taken care of.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Loved that it was smaller and quaint. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom, elevators, hallways, lobby - all were VERY clean. Great stay!

Hotel fine, didn't really interact with staff, didn't get my free wine for being a VIP customer, room cleaned daily no issues. Absolutely frictionless stay, but I resent the facility fee 40 dollars a day for 3 soft drinks and a 2 layers, which were not always replenished. Just think it's taking the pi$$. Without the facility fee would be 5 stars, but just come away feeling like you've been mugged.

Poor communication. Forced a 35$ daily lunch fee us, but limited selection and odd times. Construction in the lobby was off putting. Also was given a sheet giving info on free tickets to a couple spots, but apparently have been out of those for months. Why hand out something to us that is not available.
