El recepcionista muy amable, nos atendió en todo momento con rapidez y nos proporcionó información sobre los lugares para visitar, líneas de autobuses, excursiones, etc. La habitación bastante limpia. Las zonas comunes contaban con microondas y nevera. Muy buena ubicación, ya que estaba a unos 20/30 minutos a pie del centro, del puerto, teleférico... Y con varias tiendas cerca. Muy recomendable."

"Trapani home is top class. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Daniela the host made us feel so welcome. Her attention to detail is first class and nothing was too much trouble for her. "I was a little worried after reading the reviews - but the hotel is actually a gem. Its location is perfect, just across from a swim pier on the ocean. It has free stand up paddle boarding SUP, as well as free kayaks and free bikes. The pool area is good, although the pool itself is a little shallow but still welcome to cool off it. "The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "
