"Do NOT stay here. Shady management and a Motel 6 pretending to be a Westin. We arrived Thursday to AC with a broken condenser. If we used the AC, we listened to constant loud water dripping. I asked for refund so we could change hotels. Was offered a refund of 1 night (out of 2) then was strung along until Saturday, when i was told “no refund as you stayed both nights” yet no one said this on Friday when i checked at the desk 3x.
