"The place was very clean and a lof of space. The staff were also very helpful and polite. My friends and I had a lot of fun. The only problem we had was the limited hot water which meant we had to shower in cold water sometimes because we couldnt wait for the boost button. However, overall we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely go again some other day. "

"Cottage was in a cute little town, within walking distance of a castle and very nice restaurants. Shannon was nearby for grocery shopping. And it was easy to get to the sight seeing locations we wished to visit."

"The property was clean. A little dated. The twin beds were very comfortable, the large double beds were not. The washing machine did not spin our clothes, there was a leak from the heater in the bathroom, and we had a tough time figuring out how to turn off the heat. All of our concerns went unanswered by management. We weren't there much, only to sleep, so we didn't make a huge fuss. Overall it was comfortable and clean, however I wouldn't stay here again."

"Upon arrival, we could not find someone to get the keys from and no one was answering the phone. We did eventually get a call back and everything went well after. Be prepared to carry items through rain as you cannot drive up to doorfronts of all properties. Cabin itself was gorgeous!!! Lots of space for myself, hubby and our three teens. We woke each morning to beautiful low music from Bunratty Castle Garden which was over the fence next to our cottage. We walked to so many amazing places...

"A very nice suite with large living area, small kitchen table, and large kitchen. bedroom is upstairs and also spacious. Living room has nice view of garden. A few minutes walk from the bus, and has a grocery store and restaurant nearby. Need to take the bus into town."

"The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. "We (3 couples + 1 single adult) stayed in this beautiful home in Ballina for a week in June 2024. The home itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly for the trip, which was very much appreciated! The bedrooms were spacious, especially the upstairs bedroom, and the dining and living areas completely met our needs. The landscaping was lush and the view of the river was serene. One of us appreciated the cute neighboring cats who would visit....
