"Our host Brenda was very warm and welcoming; she even put our melting chocolate in her freezer for us. It was the hottest day on record and she made sure we were comfortable and cool in our room. Breakfast was top notch in addition to self-serve juice, toast, yogurt, cereal, granola, etc. She made sure we were all satisfied and her staff helper was very attentive to our needs.
