"Had drinks in the observatory. Asked for a top up of water but nobody came back. Not even to take a drinks order. Decided to pay and leave. Don't like the service charge being added. Wouldn't have left a tip because service wasn't worth it"

"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."
