"We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. "Our greeting was cold and offhand. We were asked too pay cash, and when I objected, there might have been an option for debit card.. in the end we found cash, we were shown the room and left alone. "Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. "Con and Marlene are natural hosts. They keep a beautiful, clean and spacious home. My daughter was ill while we stayed with them and they were genuinely concerned and shared some remedies with her!! "We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage.
