"We had a lovely stay at Donross cottage; it is a lovely cottage in a great location with wonderful views across Lough Conn.The only issue we had was with the showers that were not that powerful and difficult to regulate the temperature. Mary was a fabulous host who went out of her to make us feel welcome."

"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. "Knock House hotel was perfect. Very easy and short walk to Knock shrine. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel kindly stored our luggages after check-out, allowing us to continue with our planned activities at Knock Shrine without any hassle. Breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a good spread of various dishes. Service staff were great. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was amazing too, had the best seafood chowder ever! Manager there spoke to us at dinner to welcome us. Wonderful hospitality. Booked a triple room which was big and spacious. The room was also peaceful and quiet, clean and comfortable particularly the beds. Had a nice, peaceful and restful sleep. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Only stayed for a night but wished it was longer as it was such a wonderful and lovely stay. Had booked and stayed in about 10 hotels in a trip travelling around Europe and this was the best one. Highly recommended! Knock Shrine is a very peaceful and spiritually enriching place, a great place to pray, unwind, disconnect, and spend some time in reflection and contemplation. The bookshop has an extensive range of books which is impressive. Would love to visit again and stay longer, and would definitely stay at Knock House Hotel again."
