"Booked this many months in advance. Sent a message to the host on the morning of our arrival to let them me know we are on track to arrive, only then to receive a cancellation from him. We were stranded with no accommodation. Finally gound someting at double the cost. If we had cacelled on the day, we would have lost our refund as well. And now we incurred extra costs because of the short notice. There should be a cacellation policy which also benefits the purchaser. Really poor service from the...
