I arrived at 9:30 at night and left at 3:00 in the morning I was only intrested in getting some sleep . I don't remember much about the preoperty or the surrounding area. The staff were good at booking me a ride to and from La Guardia airport.

We had a very nice stay, would stay again albeit rooms are on the smaller side and I have been in more comfortable beds. Was a little taken back by the $7 drip coffee. Regardless enjoyed being there, very neat and clean and the service was excellent. The valet parking was huge, parking in NYC is never fun or easy.

Overall, this is an outstanding hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was kept in excellent condition (absolutely spotless) and had fantastic amenities. Our only suggestion for improvement is softer mattresses and bedding.

"The hotel had a great location. Parking was a challenge at first but we learned how to park in tight spaces. The beds were comfortable. Although we were there during the blackout on April 28, 2025, it only lasted an hour. There was a backup generator and we had tv, internet, hot water and ..."
