"Our reservation was cancelled and we only recieved a message via Expedia despite our telephone number being provided - they stated they didn’t have a correct number. This was found in a spam folder upon arrival. We arrived after ten hours of driving to discover we had no reservation despite it being a week after our booking was made. It was then too late to organise an alternative option and ended up having to drive throughout the night to our destination and also had to catch a few hours sleep...

"Staff were wonderful I wouldn't say room was spotless..more attention needed with dusting. Also electrical outlet coming away from wall"

"The manager checked us in and was incredibly friendly and obliging, and the cleaning staff were also lovely. The motel looked to have been recently renovated and was done very tastefully, and the room was spacious and well equipped. It was great being located so close to the beach, and very close to where our function was held."
