A nicely bedroom entirely facing the sea, with HD TV and WI FI. Box with double bed, super comfortable. We have air conditioning in the room, ceiling fan in the living room, television, the whole kitchen, micro-wave, new oven, a washing machine and clothesline.
Thoroughly equipped for four people.
Our building has 24 hr vigilance, has cameras, the location is very safe.
If you want to take or eat what you want just go down and cross the street. No need drive, since everything will be at your feet.
We have tenants for over 20 years. Surely you'll come back to contact us next year.

Apartamento para no máximo 3 pessoas. De frente para o mar. Fomos eu e minha esposa. Gostei.

Ótimo local. De frente para o mar e ao lado do calçadão central. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Salu. Todos os demais da portaria foram muito gentis. O apartamento é pequeno e aconchegante para no máximo 3 pessoas. Gostamos muito e agradecemos a todos pelo carinho.

É a 3ª ou 4ª vez que me hospedo no aptº da dona Lorna e sempre foi excelente. É um aptº que acomoda confortavelmente 3 pessoas, tem tudo que se precisa, perto de tudo, restaurantes, pizzarias, shopping, lojas, sem falar que é no calçadão e beira mar. Dorme-se com o som (não é barulho) das ondas e tem-se uma visão panorâmica de toda a praia. Para nós, minha mulher, filha e eu,é o melhor custo benefício em Balneário Camboriú. Voltei de Fortaleza direto para B. Camboriú e posso dizer que B.Camboriú é melhor, hospedando-se nesse aptº. Já depositei os 50% da reserva para quando voltar de João Pessoa em setembro. Todos os funcionários do prédio são muito atenciosos, prestativos e solícitos. Agradecemos à proprietária e aos funcionários pela atenção e carinhos que recebemos. ATÉ SETEMBRO E MUITO OBRIGADO. Es un apartamento verdaderamente especial para pasar unas vacaciones ideales en la siempre hermosa Camboriú. Les informo que nuestra estadía ha sido óptima. Como es costumbre cada vez que contratamos este hospedaje encontramos mejoras y cambios que hacen al confort y tornan más placentera la estadía, nada está descuidado, las comodidades comprometidas se cumplen con creces, lo cual denota claramente la dedicación de la propietaria en brindar mas y mejores servicios. Respecto a la atención, la misma es mucho más que óptima, dado que la misma pone de manifiesto la calidad de persona que brinda el servicio. Siempre atenta a informar sobre cualquier duda y brindar el mejor trato tanto en los plazos de estadía como en la calidez humana que brinda. Sin duda alquilaré nuevamente este apartamento y recomiendo ampliamente que otras personas lo hagan, dado que el mismo cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias, excelente ubicación y el trato de la propietaria es más que excelente. Aluguel de garagem ao redor muito fácil, 35/40 a diária, porteiros atenciosos, localizado bem no centro, para quem vai na balada é só descer!
