"I would not describe this as a luxe condo. Everything was ok- clean enough, comfortable enough but Id say servicable. The location was great and check in/out was efficient. Id call it Homey to attract the right guests."

"Unit is in a moderately sized condo development. This particular until is only 100 years from one of the pools, hot tub, and clubhouse. It's also only a 5 minute walk to The Spa at Norwich Inn. In addition to the spa, there's also a bar and a nice restaurant. You can spend several days in this location and never even have to get in the car. The communication with the owner is right on point. Emails and text messages are properly timed to where you are in the process of arriving and leaving....

"Host was communicative before booking, but communication was not possible other than solely thru this platform. It was difficult to advise the host of my experience or needs. The bedroom rug had a potent urine odor, as well as, being dirty. The toilet was not clean. There is no dishwasher, limited wine glasses and one coffee mug. Though this is a pet-friendly host, the rooms smelled of pet urine. The window A/Cs were not adequately sealed, allowing bugs, moths, and spiders inside the bedroom and...

"It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay"
