Great breakfast. Coffee, tea available all day. My room is large, clean, great bed and pillows. Plenty of towels. Hot and cold breakfast items. All staff has been friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle took a while to pick us up. The driver was polite. Close to an excellent restaurant next door, fast food across the street, snacks here or the gas station across the street. A short walk to get on the lightrail. Bring cash in case the credit card part doesn't work! Quick, cheap trip to downtown Baltimore. Stops at both stadiums!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast was decent. What stood out to me the most, though, was a staff member who I believe was the manager, Ronald. During breakfast, he greeted guests warmly and would even take their plates once they were finished eating. That level of customer service really stood out to me. You could tell that he genuinely enjoyed his job and was happy to be there. It’s those little things that can make such a big difference in someone’s experience. I was happy I had the opportunity to personally thank Ronald for making a difference and for providing such great customer service. Thank you, Ronald!
