I feel the guy at the front desk could have been a little nicer. I didn’t know about a security deposit when booking through a third party . And 100 dollar deposit is a little crazy for these rooms. I ended up paying because my room was already paid for non refundable. Well I used my cash app not knowing it automatically takes it from Apple Pay. So he was saying my card numbers didn’t match I’m showing him where they took the money from off of my cash app. He told me you can’t get a room here cause your card numbers don’t match. Mind you he wrote down the last 4 of my card number.I asked him why he did that he said he had too. After reviewing my card several times on my phone Uncomfortable feeling.Luckily there was a very nice young lady who helped me figure out where the other card number was coming from. As she went to get the manager I’m not saying anything to him I’m waiting for the manager he said “i don’t know what your doing nothing is going to change you can’t get a room here” as if my room wasn’t already paid for. The young lady and the manager were very helpful. And I appreciate them for helping me figure this out. But as far as the male at the front desk . Very rude . Very unprofessional. This is not a job for him he does not know how to talk to people. For him to be that rude to a woman with a baby is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience made me very upset. I honestly will not be returning to this property.
