I absolutely loved the staff outgoing, welcoming, and professional. The bar staff were sweet as pie and nope I’m not an alcoholic! Just overall great customer service and the renovation to this hotel is LOVE!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. However I was appalled at the lack of appreciation that other guests showed toward the lady that was manning the omelet and waffle station all by herself on 8/30/2026, Although she was working alone she was very efficient and kind. I watched as very long lines of guests took the plates of food she had prepared for them. Only a very few said thank you and fewer still left a tip.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, relaxing and more than enough space. Staff are welling to assist. Food and drinks are five star. Breakfast hours can fit you perfectly if you would like to sleep in a little later. Parking is an extra $10 a day but if you sign up for rewards program you are saving parking feee cost. My say at the Embassy was a 10.

The room is very clean. The design is slightly outdated but it is still nice. Most of the amenities are nice and useful, except for the indoor pool. The indoor pool could have been cleaner and better taken care of. For the price it is good. The only problem I had was the fact that we had to pay for parking separately and it is not included in the hotel fee.

Great overnight stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Front desk staff were amazing, found us a luggage cart when they were all gone. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was friendly, helpful and kept the area spotless. Rooms are so spacious, clean, top notch.

The room was beautiful and very impressive amenities there. Also the breakfast was amazing. However I was a little disappointed that the pool was pretty cold and the front desk did not clarify how parking works. You have to pay $10 extra for that.

Definitely don’t boom if you want a decent pool and the hot tub is out of order and looks like it has been for quite some time. The setup overall is decent but the tub was gross a long with a few other things that definitely need some work. We asked for extra pillows and blankets waited hours tried calling down to the front desk and all we got was a busy signal so we had to go back down and ask again finally got them about 4 hours after we originally asked. Breakfast has a decent variety and the food is ok

Their breakfasts that they provide are top notch and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the room smelled like mildew and the tub did not have anything to make it not slippery, nor did it have any handles. So taking a shower didn't feel very safe.
