Thanks to the manager for early check in The room was old, stains everywhere, dirty tub No towels No towels in gym or the pool so we were wet with no way to dry. Associate was rude. Not one option besides pineapple and apple for vegan. Pool murky, elevator wet, hotel extremely dated. Go to Hyatt place instead

I checked in on a Monday and checked out Friday. The room was never cleaned during the entire stay, linens were never refreshed, coffee was not replenished, couch was very uncomfortable. Repeated calls to front desk were ignored although they assured us things would be corrected. I will never stay here again.

Absolute Nightmare – Changed Rooms 3 Times and Had to Clean My Own RoomI had the worst hotel experience of my life at this property. Because I arrived very late and was charged in advance, I was completely trapped and unable to cancel my booking, which forced me to endure an absolutely unacceptable stay.I was moved to three different rooms, and each one was worse than the last:Room 1: Had visible mold.Room 2: Was infested with small bugs.Room 3 (and the final rooms): The conditions were completely subpar. The carpet was filthy, the wallpaper was peeling and bulging off the walls, and the refrigerator emitted a foul seafood odor. The bed was rock hard, and the bathtub drain was backed up, leaving standing water during showers.Management clearly has zero housekeeping standards. Out of sheer desperation, I had to drive to Walmart late at night to buy my own cleaning supplies just to make the final room usable for my stay. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

We booked for 3 nights. The first room we stayed in had a terrible cigarette smell and the bathroom door was jammed. There spider webs on the ceiling. We requested the move room the second night. The 2nd room was a tad bit better, however the linen had stains on it. On the positive side, the staffs here were really friendly. My aunt lost her passport and ID. The first staff I spoke with on the phone went and look in the lost and found right away after knowing that our flight is in an hour. Then my sister went onto the property and the second staff took her to the room they previously stayed at to check.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. On Friday, June 12, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m., my family and I checked into your hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us pleasantly; however, we were never informed that the elevator was out of service and completely inoperable. As a parent traveling with two small children, access to an elevator is not simply a convenience—it is a necessity. After checking in, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor. Had I been informed about the elevator outage prior to being charged and assigned a room, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding whether to stay at the property. Instead, my payment was processed without any disclosure of this significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the room itself was not in acceptable condition. The bathtub was dirty, the carpet had an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards I would expect from a Marriott property. The combination of an inaccessible room location, the inoperable elevator, and the poor condition of the room created an extremely frustrating and stressful experience for my family. As a result, I was forced to cut my trip short and return home to Massachusetts with my two young children. This unexpected disruption caused both financial hardship and significant inconvenience.
