"Room was clean staff very friendly but it was very noisy due to people in the halls, we checked in & left room only to check out people putting cigarettes out on the floor in the back of lobby approached by people who didn’t seem to be staying in hotel. Thank you to registration staff & security for stopping this & respecting privacy!"

"Very convenient to all sites in Washington DC. On street parking was always available. When it was warm, we were able to get cool. When it was cold, we were warm. The unit was clean except for the refrigerater drawer and the throw rugs need to go away. We were comfortable and felt safe. The neighbors were friendly also. No real complaints that matter. Good experience."

"Breakfast prices are ridiculous $14 for toast was mind blown … they had no hand soap in bathroom but overall not a bad stay.. was a quick one night family trip I would stay again "

"This house suited our family perfectly. Roomy house we all had plenty of space for the six of us. I loved the location, quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to bus stop got us right to metro to get into city. Did not hear the train at night or the neighbors. Never had an adjustable bed before and putting my feet up after a day of walking 11 miles in DC was great. Thanks for the water, milk and juice. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very helpful, and even left us Baklavas! The commute into D.C. was quick. There isn't a kitchen, but there's a toaster oven, microwave, coffee and fixings, and small fridge that made it doable for those who don't want to eat out every meal. Overall, a cozy place to crash after walking all day "tourist-ing.""

"Absolutely disgusting place. From the moment we arrived, it felt unsafe and sketchy people hanging around, cars with people sleeping inside, and the entire parking lot smelled like smoke and weed. There’s no real lobby, just a run-down, poorly maintained property that reeks of a horrible, unbearable smell. The staff was completely useless and unprofessional. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was filthy stained sheets, dirty walls, and even marks from smashed bugs/roaches. The smell inside was even worse smoke, weed, mold, and stale air. It was so bad we didn’t even feel comfortable touching anything. We checked in at 1 AM and left within minutes because staying there was not an option. I honestly don’t understand how Expedia even lists this place it’s completely misleading. We didn’t stay at all and still only got one night refunded. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Avoid at all costs."
