"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "Exceptionally clean and well appointed room and overall facility. Friendly staff. Underground parking was super convenient and €20/day. Easily walkable to the stadium, arena, MB Museum. I didn’t realize the rooms had full kitchens; would be fantastic for a longer stay. Very, very happy!"
