"It has excellent a/c. Staff is very helpful. It is located in a nice suburb and has walking trails Along river. Rooms are very clean. Rebooking parking is a good idea."

"Benoit at the front desk was outstanding, gave us an upgrade for the first two nights to the quieter back rooms of the hotel. Also carried my wife’s suitcase up the stairs. Location is right in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, surrounded by restaurants only downside is the noise in hotel’s front rooms. We were amazed by this town and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again."

The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."
