Standing detached, it lies approximately half a mile from the beach with the dramatic fortress castle overlooking this glorious and most photographed stretch of stunning coastline in Northumberland.

Nearby Beadnell is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and divers and the whole area is ideal for enjoying exhilarating coastal walks and cycle rides. Alnwick, which is dominated by its magnificent castle, cobbled streets, and ornamental gardens, is only 15 miles to the west. Pub 300 yards.

Darling Cottage
We stay regularly in cottages and houses all over the UK and abroad and I can honest say this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Bambrugh itself is lovely and the cottage is a 5 minute walk to a choice of 3 pubs and an excellent fish restaurant All in all we had a lovely time and will definitely return Brent Gaskell ( Macclesfield Cheshire)
