"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. "Overall a great stay. The place was updated and well kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful and respond to any issues immediately. We had an issue with the air conditioner and shower and they fixed the issues right away and were very apologetic. It is located a little bit from the center of the town but a few dollars gets you a tuk tuk to wherever you need to go. Great restaurants nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away as well. "Had 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. Close to a lovely beach with great beaches bars. We had a superior room which was a decent size. The shower room was pretty basic. Breakfast was fine considering the price we paid and the hotel grounds were well maintained. The pool was great. The only thing lacking was coffee and tea making facilities and a safe. "
