"After spending hours trying to find the location (got there at 12 midnight, had contacted customer service 3 times) i finally found the place only to find out that apparently they donā€™t work with Expedia anymore. So I was charged the amount and had no room to sleep that night! Contacted customer support again and they said Iā€™d receive a refund (which I havenā€™t gotten) and to find another place for the night. Terrible "
