The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help.

"It just an okay stay. Our expectations were much higher after our similar or cheaper rate stays in Chiang Mai Hongkhao Village and Mora Boutique in Chiang Rai. The View as a hotel is beautifully designed but not maintained to standards.
Staff is not trained to take care of customers. The view from the roof top restaurant bar and restaurant is amazing but you cant relay only on that to win continued business. Service is subpar and food just okay.
