The place has nice charm, but is not kept up well. The downstairs common space is very cluttered and even dusty, and the room we stayed in did not feel clean. "The place cute. The A/C was great, the showers had great water pressure. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper a day which was a very small roll. The bed was rock hard! If you don’t mind sleeping in a hard bed then I would say this is ok, but it was so hard I woke up with my hips and back hurting. Other than that the place is walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. "
