Located in Grand Valtin, a stone's throw from Alsace and a few kilometers from Gérardmer and La Bresse, renting this chalet for your vacation in the Vosges will delight young and old alike.
This recently built chalet, rated 4 stars for 15 people by the French Tourist Offices, is divided into two parts: the first being the chalet itself (250m² spread over two levels) that can accommodate up to 11 people (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets), and a 64m² apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet). Both parts can be rented separately or together. They are both independent (different floors and entrances) and can communicate without going outside for those wishing to rent the entire chalet. The chalet's spacious living room and kitchen can accommodate all guests. From the balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village and even glimpse the Route des Crêtes.
The chalet is equipped to accommodate young children (crib, high chairs, changing table, strollers, toys) and is secured by gates at the stairs. The chalet, while not isolated, is located at the end of a private road on a 25-acre plot. Scooters, sleds, a ping-pong table, and a Pétange game are available for tenants.

MTB resort witn panoramic view

With 7 friends a perfect place for biking, bbq and fun. Everything you need is availble. Large garage and waterhose for the bikes. Lots of perfect trails. A very good welcome and good information. Bakery and restaurants are futher away but no problem

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, mitten in der Natur. Für sofortiges loswandern geeignet. Alles ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Kaminofen und das viele Holz läd zum gemütlichen Zusammensein ein.

Perfektes Haus für größere Gruppen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Besonderes Highlight : der große Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Es fehlte an nichts ! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gemietet werden

Ideal, wenn man sich ausruhen oder aussprechen will

Über das Haus gibt es nichts zu klagen. Viel helle Holz verarbeitet, praktische Zimmer, super ausgestattete Küche, Erstausstattung aller Verbrauchsmaterialien. Sehr nette Hausverwalter, die sehr zuvorkommend mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Für die Betten muß man Doppelbettbezüge und Doppellaken einplanen. Umgebung bietet (nur) Erholung, und wenn die Nachbarn nicht gerade eine Badepartie machen, ist es auch Nachts ruhig. Über die Wiese laufen sogar Rehe. Bäcker und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas entfernt, mindestens 15 Minuten zu fahren, dafür hat der Bäcker in Xonrupt auch Sonntags auf. Man tut gut daran, sich ausreichend auszustatten. Skigebiet ist etwa 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Restaurants verschiedener Nationalitäten sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Wenn man sich also erholen will ist das der ideale Ort.

Dans ce chalet, tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et l'équipement du chalet. Compte tenu que le temps ne nous pas permis de faire toutes les randonnées prévues, nous avons aussi apprécié l'espace qu'il procure à chacun. Ce chalet, bien situé entre le col de la Schlucht et Gérardmer, est de plus très bien entretenu et d'une grande propreté.

great house in a beautiful place

we spent our holidays with the family (12persons) in the cosy and well equipped house that is perfectly located to relax. Everything was perfect, the owners are very helpful and the communication was excellend. we love to come back

Un beau chalet, un magnifique lieu que nous recommandons.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié le confort de ce beau chalet, parfaitement équipé. La région est très agréable et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine ensoleillée !! Le groupe (6 couples) fut enchanté et certains sont prêts à revenir !! Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil de M. et Mme SCHWEITZER, qui nous ont fort bien renseignés sur la région et les randonnées à effectuer.

Chalet magnifique

Nous avons passé un week-end du 1 au 3 février 2019, nous étions 12 adultes et 2 enfants, tout est prévu pour le grand plaisir des vacanciers, luges, chaise haute pour bébé, lit parapluie, appareil à raclette, etc........ Madame Schweitzer la dame qui nous a reçu est parfaite. De plus la neige était au rendez-vous. Une vue magnifique du chalet.
