"I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm unfortunately a lot of girls from diffrent rooms (they have their own bathrooms) used our bathroom. they had to walk trough our room to the balcony where the bathroom is located even in the night. They always let the door to the balcony open so many mosquitos came in. The main door of our rooms can't be really closed (2 wing door). So you hear all the noise from the rooftop/ common area with the loud music. Location is great. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. "

"I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here"

"The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. "

"No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights."
