Went online to webchat, was told first yes I can move the date for free, then told minutes later I had to pay £150, which was more money than rebooking! Not helpful at all in situations like this. "

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and the best bed bedding and pillows … didn’t want to get out of bed as it was so comfy! Good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold foods! Good location 10 mins walk into city center! Would definitely stay again! "

"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."
