"We loved or stay in this one of a kind cottage. We had plenty of privacy, and enjoyed the beautiful patio and the array of local birds so much. The upstairs bedroom sports a comfy king size bed and a beautiful view of the area. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"Found the perfect spot to stay while attending a wedding right down the road. Was very clean and welcoming. Loved the decor and whole place was so relaxing. Enjoyed driving the cart to restaurants and around town. Would be a great place to stay especially if had additional family and friends with us as they had multiple cottages and an outside community gathering place available. Look forward to coming back!"

"My hubby and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and my retirement from teaching/school librarian)! This was the perfect place to stay at because: it was reasonably priced, it was located right in the heart of downtown Kerrville close to everything, & it had all of the amenities that you would need like a small kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and so much more! We had 2 main things on our "bucket list" that we wanted to do during our one-night stay here:...

"We had such a lovely time enjoying this beautiful property! The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. Close enough to civilization you can run to town for necessities but far enough away to enjoy the splendor of the rolling hills. The views from the deck are incredible. Our hostess Maria was very kind and even mailed my son his stuffy we left behind by accident. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!"

The beds are comfortable, great WiFi & kitchen has everything you need We loved morning coffee and evenings watching lightning bugs on the porch. The house is as close to los maples as you can get without staying in the park, perfect for day use. Exactly what we wanted for our vacation 💛"

"Our stay was amazing! The location couldn’t be better. Right on the water with an amazing closed in porch. The property also had kayaks that my husband and friend used to fish from. It’s also right across the street from the Nature Reserve, and the River Walk Trail. It was so fun to spend mornings walking with our coffee and seeing birds, fish, deer, and other small mammals!"

"We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Boerne! Thanks so much!"

"The home was beautiful. Very wide open and spacious. Plenty of sitting areas inside and outside. Very luxurious linens on the beds. And High End kitchen ware. The master bath was so nice, the tub was heavenly! Perfect place for a family get together or a girls trip! You can’t go wrong be renting this house!"

"We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was so clean and beautifully built and furnished. Everything was like new. The cottage was unbelievably well-stocked with absolutely everything you might possibly need. We loved grilling and hanging out in the large yard and sitting on the lovely porch. "As always this property is an amazing stay! The private riverfront is so peaceful and tranquil it takes the stress right out of you. It reminds me so much of my time at nearby Camp Stewart when I was a kid. The cabin is very nice and I love the hill country view from the porch. The only thing I would like is for the cabin to have a full size oven instead of a toaster oven, but it wasn't anything that was going to hinder our stay. We will definitely return soon!"

"Simple property, no frills; short walk to the downtown area. Some noise from traffic on Main Street. Two queen beds plus couches and air mattresses; good for two couples or small children who don't mind 'camping' in the living room."
