Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Stay away

Booked and paid, called property and agreed on checkin time, when we arrived at the property they didn't answer our calls for an hour or so (because that place is an apartment not a hotel, there is no way to get in), we had to find another place to stay at 1 am, they agreed to pay back the money, but after we left town refused to pay
