The construction dates from June 2014, designed by a renowned architect. The property is located in a quiet residential area, a 5-minute walk from the sea, opposite Ile Rousse. By the pleasant and shaded coastal path, you access the various coves and beaches of the creeks. Pebble or sand beaches. The nearest beaches of Anglaise or Capelin are mainly used by locals. The superb bay of Rénecros (fine sandy beach) is a short quarter of an hour's walk along the coastal path.
The family property is fully enclosed and secure in a 1000 m2 park. Protected by pines, you will live to the rhythm of the cicadas. The town center of Bandol is a 20-minute walk away and local shops are 500 m away (convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, medical center).
The villa is on two floors, it faces south west. On the ground floor are the living rooms: entrance with hall, modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 lounges. You have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A WC is also located on the ground floor. Several terraces are available to you: the partly covered south Ipe terrace with direct access to the garden, a hammock is at your disposal; a well protected north terrace for moments in the shade, ideal for breakfast and lunch; a terrace to the east. The large bay windows and multiple openings provide lots of light and an inside / outside impression. The services are upscale in a contemporary style (heated / cooling floor, air conditioning upstairs, fine materials ....) The upstairs, airy, has two bedrooms (the master bedroom with a 140 cm bed facing south with terrace, a children's room with three 80/90 cm beds and its small terrace), a bathroom with shower Italian and its south terrace. Upstairs, a solid oak parquet floor and a large south terrace, surrounded by pine trees.
There are many attractions nearby. The natural parks of the creeks, the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros constitute the jewels of the region. La Cadière d'Azur and the medieval village of Le Castellet, in the vineyards, are worth a visit. The Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire mountains are very popular for hiking. For enthusiasts, the famous Dolce Frégate golf course (18 holes) is located less than ten minutes by car: legendary course with its hole N ° 10, school course (Frégalon) and driving range. The municipal tennis courts are a 5-minute walk from the coastal path.
The rental is in July and August from Sunday to Sunday.
