An amazing villa completed to the highest specification. Superb swimming pool with waterfall feature the particular highlight. Lots of external space and private. A brisk 10 minute walk to the local restaurants, bars and harbour and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery. The villa has everything you need and is extremely well equipped. The owner, Hervé, is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English. We cannot thank him enough for his assistance during our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We were in Bandol for 9 days with 2 families and 7 people. All the reviews and ratings we had read in advance were even better in our opinion. The villa is super quiet but still centrally located. It takes about 20...25 minutes to walk to the promenade at the harbour. Supermarket and shopping facilities are also very easy to reach. The villa itself is very well equipped. There is a vacuum and cleaning robot on each floor. Everything we use at home is available in the kitchen...and even more;-). The instruction in the villa was carried out by Herve himself. All communication with Herve was in English. All in all, we can absolutely recommend the villa. We had a super great stay and would come back any time. Many thanks again to Herve and best wishes, Alexander + family + friends

Très belle villa moderne avec tout le confort souhaité. La climatisation a été appréciée par ce temps de canicule, surtout la nuit. L'hôte, Monsieur Lernoud, très réactif et très à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous avons passé 14 jours de vacances dans d'excellentes conditions. Nous recommandons cette maison sans réserve.

Super accueil de Hervé.Très belle villa, beaucoup de charme, très spacieuse avec un agréable jardin sans vis-à-vis avec différentes vues mer.Elle permet une bonne intimité quand on part à plusieurs couples,Grande allée privée pour plusieurs voitures, la piscine est superbe et le quartier est très calme,L'emplacement est idéal, tout peut se faire à pied (mer, centre-ville, supermarché) !Wifi, TV et climatisation dans toutes les pièces et le petit plus, une borne de recharge pour notre voiture électrique.Nous gardons l’adresse de cette villa enchanteresse ! Nous avons passé 15 jours dans une maison, à la fois moderne et conviviale dans laquelle il ne manque rien pour faire du séjour un rêve. Piscine, spa et sauna. Barbecue dernier cri. Mobiliers extérieurs très confortables. Maison et chambres climatisées, home cinéma et TV dans toutes les chambres. La domotique est partout et il y a même une machine à glaçons : le luxe.

Tolles Haus, netter Vermieter, sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig und entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich mehr als komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist unkomplitziert und sehr hilfsbereit und stets darauf bedacht seinen Gästen den besten Service zu bieten. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen lang dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Meine Frau, die immer ein ausgesprochener Hotelfan war, möchte zukünftig nur noch in solchen Ferienhäusern Sommerurlaub machen.

Une très belle maison de vacances

Superbe maison hyper équipée jusqu’au moindre détail ! Propriétaires très accessible et charmants. Située dans un quartier très calme à 2 minutes du centre et des plages en voiture. Modern und hochwertig

wir haben den Urlaub (2 Wochen mit Kindern) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist außerordentlich ausgestattet und alle Geräte funktionieren sehr gut. Die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt und die Spielfläche auf dem Rasen (Kunststoffrasen) Guter Überblick von allen Sitzgelegenheiten und Küche auf den Pool zur Überwachung der Kinder. Vom oberen Stockwerk aus, teilweise Blick zum Meer. Überdachter Sitzbereich war gut nutzbar bei jedem Wetter. Problemloses Parken für 2 Autos auf dem Grundstück. Insgesamt absolute Top Ausstattung von der Küche und Möbel bis zum Entertainment. Der Besitzer spricht sehr gut Englisch und stellte Videos zur Bedienung von Tor- und Türzugangscode, Rollobedienung usw. zur Verfügung, damit war alles leicht zu finden. Ruhige Umgebung, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt ca. 300 Meter, Entfernung zu den Stränden von Bandol gut 1 km.
