This 40 sq. m flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a building in the city centre and features:
- a lovely living room with sofa bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate, well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer),
- washing machine, ironing facilities, hoover, air conditioning,
- TV, Wi-Fi.

## Neighborhood

Bandol is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxed Provencal lifestyle, and this flat is right in the centre of town, giving you access to all the local shops and boutiques. Dining options are plentiful: take a break on a terrace to sample an AOC Bandol wine, or book a table for dinner at L'Espérance or Bistrot de Pauline, for example. To enjoy the sea, head to the Renecros beach or plan a snorkelling trip to the Engraviers beach or the Capelan peninsula. There are plenty of water sports available, including windsurfing and catamaran sailing. You can also explore the coastline by paddle or kayak. If you are looking for a hiking itinerary, there are marked trails for all levels in the region, whether you follow the coastal path or prefer to admire Bandol by following the Bandol Classic.
