For your vacation in Bandol, our agency Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment boasting a pleasant, wooded garden of over 80m² in a secure residence with an elevator. Cross the road and you're already on the sand of the Mediterranean. The apartment has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The rental is ideally located just 100m from the town center, the port, and shops. For the sandy beach, just cross the road! You benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the residence. Once parked, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom as well as Wi-Fi. Fans are also available. In the first air-conditioned bedroom, you have a double bed 160 x 200. The second has 2 single bunk beds 90 x 190. Finally, you benefit from a sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room for the other two beds. For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate toilet. Regarding the exterior, you will enjoy on the south side a spacious loggia with its panoramic view of the sea, and on the north side, a private garden of more than 80m² with tables, chairs, deckchairs, electric plancha and parasol, while benefiting from the freshness due to its exposure. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region in peace while being close to the city center. A pleasant and clean rental where sun, beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol one of pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract detailing your information, that of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for proof of holiday insurance or liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.

L’appartement est agréable et bien situé! Le plus: face a la mer et à la sortie du centre ville. Grande Terrasse en bonus qui permet de profiter de l’extérieur mais dommage qu’elle ne soit pas bichonner. Les plantes et leur bacs ne sont pas entretenue, je les ai arrosées moi même pour qu’elles reprennent un peu de vie! L’intérieur de l’appartement est très fonctionnel cependant la propreté n’était de mise! J’ai dû refaire tout le ménage à mon arrivée qui était compris dans le prix de la location :cheveux dans la baignoire, poils sur la cuvette des toilettes, vitres sales, frigo sale,etc…
