The studio comprises :

- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- Vacuum cleaner, TV,
- No Wi-Fi, poor cellular service,
- Radiators, Smoke detector, Air conditioning,
- Communal swimming pool (available from May to September),
- Petanque court,
- Private parking lot.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
